The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment is an assessment tool that captures how you currently perceive and approach work and life. It’s not about your strengths, weaknesses or personality traits; it uncovers how you show up to the world—under normal circumstances and when you’re under stress.

I recommend the ELI to all 1:1 coaching clients. While many assessments put you in a box, the ELI shows you how your current perceptions, attitudes and thoughts are contributing to your current experience in life and at work.
The assessment provides us with a baseline of where your energy as a leader is showing up right now in your personal and professional roles and helps with the challenge of increasing awareness to be a more effective leader.
The ELI assessment includes a 20-minute questionnaire and a one-hour debrief session with me, an iPEC Certified Coach and Master Practitioner.
