Trust me when I say you are not alone.
75% of people fear public speaking. I was one of them.
Communicate effectively and deliver impactful messages.
From mild anxiety to extreme dread, the fear of speaking in public can get in the way of communicating effectively and delivering an impactful message that your audience needs to hear.
I speak from experience when I say:

“WOW! is the right word!!
She walks the talk — she gave us lots of wisdom, woven together to be easily understandable and usable. I look forward to learning more from her.” -Susan A.
Why work with Gina?
One day after a big speaking event, I remember looking in the mirror in the bathroom afterward and thinking, “WOW – I crushed that.” Then, later, a colleague approached me and said, “Wow, you’re a great speaker!”
I want that for YOU.
I want you to feel like, “WOW, I do have the confidence to get up here in front of 200 people,” or “WOW, I can command the room at work.”
But I wasn’t always a WOW Speaker.
I used to experience intense anxiety and fear when speaking to groups. I would break out into hives, my face would get red, and my voice would shake – I felt embarrassed and like everyone could tell I was nervous!
It didn’t matter how confident in the material I was or that I knew the people I was speaking to; the fear I experienced was real.
Once I realized I could no longer hide from public speaking and that speaking was the only way to make an impact, I started investing my time and energy into understanding what was holding me back and how to use what I was learning to make effective, lasting changes.
My biggest hurdle wasn’t learning the practical how-tos but understanding how to manage my mindset and be okay with not looking perfect.
Once I got my mind right, I could work on the mechanics side of speaking (like pausing, frameworks, storytelling).
I want to help you become a WOW speaker.
