Hi, I'm Gina.

I used to break out in hives before presentations.

Not butterflies. Actual hives. I was so convinced that speaking up meant being judged, found out, or somehow exposed that my body staged a full protest every time I tried.

That experience didn't just teach me how to manage speaking nerves. It cracked something open. I started asking a deeper question, Why do so many brilliant women make themselves smaller the moment they open their mouths?

The answer isn't a technique problem.

It's a permission problem.

Women leaders don't need to be taught how to speak. They need to remember that their voice was never the problem — the story they inherited about whether they were allowed to take up space was.

That's what I work on:
the nervous system patterns that keep you in your head. The beliefs that make you over-prepare, under-speak, or disappear in the rooms where you matter most. And yes — the practical mechanics too, because confidence without craft only gets you so far.

I bring together neuroscience, mindset work, somatic awareness, and over a decade of coaching leaders to help women stop performing confidence and start embodying it.
